The Opportunity

We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive our industrial chemical portfolio in Brenntag Chemical Malaysia. This is to grow our industrial chemicals business by identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and delivering sustainable revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hunting for new business, managing key accounts, and providing technical solutions to customers.

Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Growth
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and acquire new customers within the industrial chemicals market.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue.
  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable product solutions that add value urlpatterns DSLfs operations.
  • < pains>Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to close deals effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Account Management & Customer Relationships
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing customers.
  • Serve as crops the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, reviews, and follow‑ups.
  • Provide after‑sales support, including issue resolution and product guidance.
Order Management & Coordination
  • Follow up on order processing, timely delivery of goods, and payment collection.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Reporting & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.
  • Fully comply with company policies, code of conduct, and regulatory requirements.
Other Duties
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial chemicals, specialty chemicals, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Strong sales, negotiation,advies, and closing skills.
