Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

Marketplace Product & Listing Management

Upload new products, update pricing, stock count, and product info.

Monitor listings and flag any issues (e.g. OOS, wrong image, missing info).

Register and setup campaign and promotion mechanics.

Oversee customer service team for both brands.

Offline Platform Support

Coordinate with retail dept for promo mechanic display updates.

Support on sales event (e.g. retail counters, retail channel - Watsons, roadshows, event activations)

Communicate with the designer team on POSM materials for both online & offline — product listings thumbnails, posters, banners, wobblers, testers, shelf talkers.

Set up new SKU creation, promotion listing for retail and channel.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Mass Communication, or related field.

Minimum 1–2 years experience in e-commerce operations, online platform support, or retail support. Experience with marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) is an added advantage.

Good communication and coordination skills — able to liaise across multiple teams.

Fast learner with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
