We are a growing carton box and packaging manufacturing company looking for a Sales Executive (B2B) to drive new business and manage key accounts. This role focuses on carton box sales, corrugated packaging solutions, and manufacturing clients, including factories, logistics companies, FMCG brands, and exporters.

This position suits candidates with experience in B2B sales, manufacturing sales, or industrial products, who are motivated by high commissions, recurring orders, and long-term client relationships.

Your Responsibilities

Generate new B2B sales leads through cold calling, prospecting, referrals, and client visits.

Sell carton boxes, corrugated boxes, and custom packaging solutions to manufacturing and industrial clients.

Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals to meet monthly sales targets.

Manage and grow key accounts with recurring packaging requirements.

Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.

Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support.

Track sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and update sales progress.

What We're Looking For

1–2 years of B2B sales experience (manufacturing, packaging, logistics, or industrial products preferred).

Strong communication and negotiation skills with confidence to close deals.

Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and resilient personality.

Own transport and willing to travel for client meetings.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage for dealing with Mandarin‑speaking clients.

Experience in carton box, packaging, paper products, or manufacturing is a plus (fresh graduates with strong sales drive are welcome).
