Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Identify potential clients through various channels such as industry research, networking events, and digital platforms.
- Generate high-quality leads by leveraging CRM tools and marketing campaigns.
- Follow up with leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins to understand customer needs and provide value-added support.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Contribute to the achievement of individual and departmental sales targets by effectively identifying and closing deals.
- Set realistic sales goals and work towards meeting them through consistent effort and performance.
Client Presentations and Demonstrations
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, demonstrations, and pitches that highlight the value of the company’s products or services.
- Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients.
- Answer questions and address concerns effectively during meetings and discussions.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals by gathering relevant data and information from internal teams.
- Ensure that all proposals are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with the client’s needs.
- Present proposals to potential clients to secure new business opportunities.
Negotiation and Closing Deals
- Negotiate terms and conditions of deals to achieve favorable outcomes for both parties.
- Close deals by effectively managing the sales cycle from lead generation to final sale.
- Ensure timely contract signing and order fulfillment.
Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to stay informed about competitors, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Share insights with the team to enhance overall performance and improve offerings.
Feedback Collection and Improvement
- Collect feedback from customers on their experiences and suggestions for improvement.
- Share customer feedback with internal teams to drive product development and process improvements.
- Ensure that customer complaints are resolved promptly and effectively.
Partnership Development
- Identify potential partnerships or alliances that can enhance the company’s market position and offerings.
- Develop relationships with key industry partners, distributors, and resellers.

Training and Professional Development
- Participate in ongoing training programs to improve sales skills and stay updated with industry trends.
