Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation
  • Identify potential clients through various channels such as industry research, networking events, and digital platforms.
  • Generate high-quality leads by leveraging CRM tools and marketing campaigns.
  • Follow up with leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins to understand customer needs and provide value-added support.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Contribute to the achievement of individual and departmental sales targets by effectively identifying and closing deals.
  • Set realistic sales goals and work towards meeting them through consistent effort and performance.
Client Presentations and Demonstrations
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, demonstrations, and pitches that highlight the value of the company’s products or services.
  • Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients.
  • Answer questions and address concerns effectively during meetings and discussions.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals by gathering relevant data and information from internal teams.
  • Ensure that all proposals are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with the client’s needs.

Negotiation and Closing Deals
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of deals to achieve favorable outcomes for both parties.
  • Close deals by effectively managing the sales cycle from lead generation to final sale.
  • Ensure timely contract signing and order fulfillment.
Market Research and Analysis
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about competitors, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Share insights with the team to enhance overall performance and improve offerings.
Feedback Collection and Improvement
  • Collect feedback from customers on their experiences and suggestions for improvement.
  • Share customer feedback with internal teams to drive product development and process improvements.

Partnership Development
  • Identify potential partnerships or alliances that can enhance the company’s market position and offerings.
