What You’ll Be Doing
  • Strategic Sales Planning – Develop and execute impactful sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market reach.
  • Relationship Building – Cultivate and maintain strong connections with key clients, distributors, and partners to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Intelligence – Stay ahead of frozen food industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking – Monitor, report, and provide insights on sales metrics for senior management decision-making.
  • Product Expertise – Build in-depth knowledge of our food products to effectively communicate benefits and solutions to clients.
  • Negotiation Mastery – Skillfully negotiate contracts and pricing while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Industry Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the food industry (frozen food background is a must).
  • Education: SPM, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are welcomed.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting and daily tasks.
  • Languages: Fluent in both English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Candidate that is able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
