Job summary

A leading sales company in Malaysia is seeking a dynamic sales executive to handle inquiries, provide customer service, and participate in events. Ideal candidates should possess at least an SPM/STPM qualification and strong communication skills in Malay and English. Fresh graduates are welcome, and those with experience are preferred. This role requires a proactive mindset and the ability to work on weekends and holidays. Own transport is necessary for travel.

Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

• Proactive to attend to any form of sales enquiries, launches and events.
• To provide excellent sales and customer services to existing customers and prospects.
• To participate in roadshows, exhibitions and events.
• To follow up on loan applications and SPA execution in order to complete the sale transaction.
• To conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Perform any other ad‑hoc tasks as may be assigned by the superior or the company.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM “A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree Post Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply. Those with experience would be an added advantage.
• Able to speak in Malay, English, Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Computer literacy and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Good discipline, independent, result‑oriented and aggressive in generating sales.
• Positive mindset, proactive, dynamic and a good team player.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
