Job description
Job Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with spare parts orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Coordinate and drive spare parts and service sales by collaborating with internal teams (delivery, purchasing, etc.) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to sales inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing detailed information on product pricing, availability, photos, and specifications.
  • Process customer orders including generating sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices using the company system.
  • Highlight promotional items and introduce new products to customers to drive upselling opportunities.
  • Monitor and manage customer credit limits and actively follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and documentation in a timely and organized manner.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Certificate (Min SPM)
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malay, English, and Mandarin proficiency are an advantage.
  • Disciplined, self-motivated and independent
  • Computer literate
  • Having vehicle spare parts knowledge will be an added advantage
  • Able to travel when required
