  • Maintain good relationships with customers and provide prompt support.
  • Update sales activities in CRM and prepare simple sales reports.
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
  • Assist in sales promotions, events, and product roadshows.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
