Responsibilities
  • Proactively sell a range of products, which may include admission tickets, seasonal promotion, membership packages, merchandise, or group event packages.
  • Process guest transactions accurately using a Point of Sale (POS) system, handle cash, credit cards, and manage daily sales reconciliation.
  • Actively upsell and cross-sell premium experiences, such as premium membership, additional rides, or events/ parties to maximize revenue per guest.
  • Greet all guests with enthusiasm, providing helpful information about themepark facilities, promotions, and policies.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, handle minor complaints, and resolve transactional issues quickly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain an immaculate and attractive sales environment (e.g., kiosk and cashier counter).
Group/B2B Sales (If applicable to the role)
  • Identify and secure bookings for groups (e.g., schools, corporate outings, birthday parties).
  • Manage client relationships from initial inquiry through event execution, preparing quotation and sales invoices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality is typically required.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to speak clearly and enthusiastically to groups of guests.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members quickly.
  • Proficiency in operating a Point of Sale (POS) system and handling various payment methods. Training will be provided.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software (for managerial/group sales roles).
  • A positive, energetic, and cheerful personality with a genuine passion for creating fun experiences.
  • High level of dependability and attention to detail, especially with cash and inventory.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends, holidays, and long hours during peak seasons.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, and sometimes loud environment, including working outdoors.
