💼 Your Main Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customer leads via WhatsApp Web, email & calls (using work devices)
- Conduct TikTok Live sessions daily (2–3 hours) to promote packages
- Post daily updates on WhatsApp Status (deals, promos, videos, etc.)
- Create and update attractive travel packages (local & international)
- Prepare quotations, detailed itineraries, and cost proposals
- Assist in the development of tour products and package templates
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction
- Keep in touch with suppliers and customers about latest pricing and availability
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, promotions, and industry developments
- Coordinate basic bookings and provide admin support
- Submit a daily performance report and work toward monthly KPIs

Educational Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree
- A diploma or degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.
- Relevant coursework may include travel and tourism, customer service, business management, marketing, and geography.
STPM or Equivalent
- Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) or an equivalent pre‑university qualification may be required for entry into diploma or degree programs.
