Working Hours: Monday to Friday (08.00am until 05.30pm)

Factory Location: PLO 217, Jalan Siber 10, Kawasan Perindustrian Senai, 81400 Senai, Johor, Malaysia.

Position Summary:

To support the Sales Admin Manager to strengthen the sales and marketing support system to enhance market presence, hit rate, and customer satisfaction. Efficiently cooperate with RSM to expand market coverage and business development. Establish and maintain strategic partner relationships with distributors, aiming at enhancing partners’ capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the preparation and issuance of sales quotations, tracking project (from enquiry till completion).
  • Responsible for the processing and issuing of sales orders, work orders, and job start sheets.
  • Act as a customer window in the factory, and coordinate, compile, and close distributors’ complaints.
  • Conduct a customer satisfaction survey annually.
  • Generate in-house database and update reports (quotation, project tracking, work orders, distributors’ complaints).
  • Upholding the company’s standards in environmental protection, workplace safety, and sustainability governance is a core responsibility.
