Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Sales Director, Product Managers, and Sales Leader to develop and execute sales strategies in your region.
  • Drive sales activities across all igus® product lines to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand our customer base through targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Provide technical product advice, training, and engineering support to clients, helping them find cost-effective solutions.
Requirements
  • Must own a car and be willing to travel within the assigned region.
  • Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably with commercial insight.
  • Existing network in the engineering or machine‑building industry is a plus.
  • Energetic, outgoing, and self‑motivated with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and technical skills to manage the sales process independently.
  • Passionate about positioning igus® as a key brand in Malaysia.
