Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of potential clients, building long-term relationships.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Present and demonstrate products/services, addressing client inquiries and providing tailored solutions.
  • Analyse client feedback to improve service offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets, preparing compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions, sales activities, and project pipelines.
  • Collaborate with specification and marketing teams to align on projects and campaigns, representing the company at events.
Requirements
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (Mandarin, Malay , Dialects are a plus)
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in housing materials, roofing, construction or a related industry is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and result-driven
