Overview

This is a full-time and urgent hiring, on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Shah Alam. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, communicating with clients, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to sales engineering and customer relationships in THERMAL INSULATION product.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients and internal teams on THERMAL INSULATION products.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Drive sales by identifying opportunities, presenting technical value, and supporting proposal development.
  • Manage day-to-day customer relationships and ensure high levels of service.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering (Chemical/Material Engineering/ Mechanical) or related field is preferred
  • Experience in thermal insulation background is an added advantage
  • Experience within 1-2 years in Oil & Gas. Good networking and sales driven.
  • Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
  • Strong communication and sales abilities
  • Ability to analyze technical information and convey it to customers effectively
  • Experience in the corrosion prevention industry is a plus
