Conjointly offers a powerful and intuitive platform and expert support for insights about markets, customers, product, and pricing questions. We are an Australian-headquartered provider of quantitative research services to big and small companies (mostly in the USA and Europe). Through automation, we increase efficiency for our clients, but maintain a human connection and high research quality. As we grow (in the number of products that we offer and in clients’ awareness of us), we need passionate salespeople, researchers, software developers, and other team members to join us for remote roles.

About the role

We are looking for a salesperson who wants to excel in selling a market research product (brand tracking) across Asia Pacific, starting with Australia. Once onboarded with us, you go to the field for the sales hunt.

You will also be evaluated consistently and working alongside our leadership team for the first 3 and 6 months. This role is ideal for a hungry salesperson who wants to exceed sales targets and earn an uncapped commission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving new outbound business, with aim to exceed revenue and profit quotas, generating a pipeline of sales;
  • Creating innovative ways of sourcing for new business & partnership opportunities, action plans and possible sales leads;
  • Selling Conjointly's latest brand tracking service;
  • Becoming an expert in brand tracking;
  • Independently manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close, preparing costing and quotations for clients;
  • Negotiating and finalising deals in accordance with Conjointly’s contract guidelines and policies;
  • Collaborating with senior management to align Conjointly’s internal goals with new and existing partnership;
  • Delivering great experience to our clients working with our organisation - you will be acting as our brand ambassador and be our clients’ liaison;
  • Take on additional duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent command of English is essential; proficiency in an additional language is a strong plus
  • A driven sales mentality with the ambition to exceed targets, not just meet them. This role features an uncapped commission structure—the more you sell, the more you earn
  • Minimum 1 year of outbound sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets
  • Experience in marketing or market research industries is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members and building strong relationships
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management abilities
  • 6-month contract with the opportunity for permanent conversion. As a performance-based role, continued employment requires meeting quarterly sales quotas
  • Fixed monthly base salary plus uncapped quarterly paid commission
