Your Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in driving residential leads and supporting our sales team in Malaysia. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, handling inbound calls, answering inquiries, and conducting discovery calls to qualify leads. In addition to setting appointments for our sales associates, you’ll assist with preliminary solar designs and proposal preparation. No prior solar experience is required, but we’re looking for someone who enjoys speaking with people, can handle rejections gracefully, and has 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience.
