We are seeking for an Sales Development Executive at Nilai Apparel Gift & Souvenir, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and enhancing brand visibility. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that maximize revenue opportunities and strengthen our market presence.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute online sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.

Identify and prospect potential clients, including businesses, schools, event organizers, and community groups, to generate new leads and opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing personalized service and addressing their printing needs effectively.

Collaborate with the design team to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, and digital assets, to showcase our printing capabilities.

Utilize various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, online advertising, and networking events, to promote our services and engage with target audiences.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for differentiation.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospects, demonstrating the value proposition of our printing services and addressing their specific requirements.

Collaborate with internal departments, including production, customer service, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of orders and timely delivery of printed products.

Track and analyze sales data, marketing metrics, and customer feedback to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

Atleast 1 year proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the printing or apparel industry.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for finding innovative solutions to meet client needs.

Familiarity with printing techniques, materials, and production processes is a plus.
