Job summary

A leading sales company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a responsible Sales Coordinator to assist the Sales team in managing orders and ensuring accuracy in customer requests. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience, be self-motivated, and possess computer literacy. Responsibilities include creating Sales orders, coordinating deliveries, and addressing customer queries efficiently. A background in a Non-Halal environment and proficiency in Mandarin is preferred. Job description

Responsibilities

• Able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop sales strategies accordingly.
• Able to efficiently respond to any telephone queries
• Create Sales order, take over the Sales order from Sales Quotation.
• Cross check the price, promotion, bundle item, free gifts in the Customer PO against the Cost Sheet and Supplier Quotation (if any).
• Ensure all information stated in the Customer PO is completely check and verified, confirm the delivery date, address and due date set for the delivery.
• Verify with the Sales person for any discrepancies in pricing, bundling, delivery address and date before proceed with the Order.
• Coordinate with warehouse for the arrangement of delivery and collection of stock.
• Assumes any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Min. 1 year experience in related field.
• Preferably Female
• Must be computer literate
• Must be responsible, self motivated, self initiative and able to work independently
• Candidate must be comfortable working in Non- Halal environment and Mandarin speaking will be an advantage
