A manufacturing company based in Selangor is seeking candidates for a role focused on sales administration. Responsibilities include monitoring daily operations, processing sales orders via SAP, and supporting delivery schedules. Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree and 8-10 years of relevant experience, particularly in sales administration and customer liaison. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong English communication skills are essential. This position emphasizes teamwork and the ability to work independently.
THIS POSITION IS BASED IN MENARA KLK, MUTIARA DAMANSARA.
Responsible for the monitoring of daily operation of sales administration and operational functions.
Provide support on delivery schedules and monthly reports.
Process sales order with using SAP system.
Work closely with sales administrator and sales managers to ensure all customer requirements are well-coordinated.
Monitor and keep track on goods delivery as per schedule.
Maintain a systematic filing system and safe keeping of documents.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned by managers.
Diploma or Degree with a minimum of 8-10 years related working experience, preferably in manufacturing industries.
Preferably with experience in sales administration, customers liaison, export and shipping documentation, intercoms, and preparation of reports.
Computer literacy and well-versed in Microsoft Office applications. e.g. Excel, Words, PowerPoint.
Good track record of responsibility, resourceful, playing good team player, and able to work independently.
Fluent in both verbal and written English will be an added advantage.
Comfortable with data and order entry.
Having basic knowledge and experience with SAP would be an advantage.
