Job summary

A leading car dealership in Johor is seeking a CARSOME Consultant to provide a transparent and trustworthy car-buying experience. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting vehicles from our inventory while guiding them through financing and after-sale services. Ideal candidates have sales or customer service experience, strong motivation, and good listening skills. Training is provided for successful candidates.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales and customer service, preferably in retail or hospitality.

  • High level of self-motivation and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a high-energy sales environment as part of a team.
  • Respond to inquiries from walk-in and website customers.
  • Assist customers in finding a suitable vehicle from the inventory.
  • Guide customers through the sale and financing processes.
  • Ensure smooth transactions by completing all required documentation.
  • Provide after-sale service to customers.

Your Day-To-Day
  • Able to work in a high energy sales environment where you will work as a team to meet goals.
  • Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiry.
  • Use your knowledge of CARSOME inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.
  • Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.
  • Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.
  • Provide after-sale service.
Your Know-How
  • Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, hospitality, airline industry is preferred.
  • Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.
  • High level of self-motivation.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Training will be provided.
