• Enforcing company SOPs diligently.
• Measure customer satisfaction, handle customer feedback or complaints.
• Maintain cleanliness of the outlet at all times.
• Work closely and constantly communicate effectively with all relevant department in HQ for any matters in relation to the smooth running of the outlet operations.
