We're looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our team at OKAYASU RUBBER (M) SDN. BHD. If you are proactive, responsible, and eager to support our sales operations while delivering excellent customer service, we would love to have you as part of our team.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Assist the sales team in managing schedules, preparing sales documents, quotes, proposals, and contracts.
  • Handle order processing and ensure all sales documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Maintain and update customer databases.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding products, pricing, and order status.
  • Coordinate with logistics or operations to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
  • Handle after-sales support issues including returns, complaints, and feedback.
  • Prepare sales materials, presentations, and other collateral.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors from time to time.
Who We’re Looking For
  • SPM Level and above.
  • More than 2 years of experience in sales support/sales admin/sales assistant in the manufacturing industry.
  • Willing to work at Kg Baru Subang, Shah Alam.
  • Have own transport.
  • Able to communicate in English.
