Job description
  • Assist the Sales Managers and Presales staff in Asia to collect sales data and complete data analysis and screening
  • Assist the project manager to carry out statistical tracking of the project and upload to the CRM system
  • Assist in collection of market information, customer information, project information, etc., and assist the bidding team to complete the preparation of bidding documents;
  • Assist sales staff in quotation and contract signing, management, archiving and other processes
  • Track contract execution and delivery progress, and assist sales staff to complete payment collection, customer relationship management, etc.;
  • Coordinate after-sales service with suppliers according to customer's product requirements; assist purchasing manager in daily contact and negotiation with suppliers;
  • Assist in the formulation of procurement plans and implementation of procurement, complete the production and confirmation of purchase orders, arrange delivery and track the arrival date;
  • Respond to market changes and assist superiors to complete other tasks assigned by them;
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM system and SAP skills are an advantage
  • Putonghua and English proficiency, Cantonese is a plus, both written and spoken
