What you’ll be doing

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, order placements, and after‑sales support
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of customer information, orders, and inventory

• Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales reports and other relevant documentation
