A leading semiconductor company in Malaysia seeks a professional to manage customer relationships and support project management efforts. The role involves responding to RFQs, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and conducting market analysis. Candidates should be bilingual in English and Chinese, possess strong communication skills, and have a background in sales support or project management. This role is fast-paced and requires detail-oriented and proactive individuals.
Respond to customer with accurate, timely quotations.
Support NPI by coordinating with engineering, operations, and quality teams.
Maintain and update RFQ and customer databases for accuracy and accessibility.
Assist key account projects: track timelines, monitor progress, and align cross-functional teams.
Prepare professional project reports, presentations, and support plant visits or technical reviews.
Assist in developing and executing sales plans aligned with market trends, customer needs, and revenue targets.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform strategy.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.
Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Proactively identify and resolve customer issues with internal teams.
Support marketing and business development initiatives with technical expertise and sales data.
Collaborate with supply chain and sourcing teams to ensure timely delivery and mitigate risks.
REQUIREMENTS :
Bilingual in English and Chinese (written and spoken is advantages).
Strong communication, customer relationship, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
Understanding of semiconductor market, fabrication, surface treatments and supply chain processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience in sales support or project management in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
