A leading property development company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Administration Officer. The role includes coordinating property closings, processing sales orders, and assisting clients with property-related inquiries. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and strong communication skills. Coordinate property closings by recording and checking all the purchaser's information, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
Process sales orders from issuing invoices, monitoring progress billings and collections, following up overdue payments, to preparing documentations such as Sales & Purchase (S&P) Agreement, with purchasers, financial institutions, solicitors and other related parties.
Enter and update all details information of the property purchase(s) and purchasers into appropriate system.
Support sales representatives when they are away from the office by receiving calls or e-mails from customers and inform representatives to any urgent issues.
Assist clients with matters relating to the properties purchased, and response to routine requests such as request for price quotes or delivery dates.
Keep up-to-date customer sales records, create records for new customers, including contact details and the name of the representative managing the account, update the record with details of orders and invoices as these records provide useful data for sales reports and for planning future sales and marketing campaign.
Prepare and maintain proper records and files of all purchasers including the records and files of all purchasers including the records in the Company's system.
Check that delivery and contact details are correct and update customer records with any changes.
Maintain records of sakes and compare them with targets to help sales team monitor the team's progress.
Provide any ad hoc administrative supports to Sales team.
