The Sales Admin Executive will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and developing high-quality business proposals or tenders to help the company win new business. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to develop accurate detailed proposals for potential projects and clients, ensuring proposal deadlines are met.
- Work closely with Business Development Team to understand clients’ needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Manage proposal and tender timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Compile sales reports, prepare sales meeting minutes, and follow up on action plans.
- Prepare weekly sales progress reports for the Management.
- Manage and organize proposal documents, templates, and resources.
- Manage and update CRM software (ZOHO) for proposal generation and monitor Business Team follow-up and sales activities.
- Control proposal key parameters such as Forex, PV panel price, and profit margin.
- Conduct technical analysis, research, gather data, and feasibility studies to support proposal development.
- Ensure proposals and tenders are accurate, complete, and comply with client requirements and company standards.
- Review and edit proposal content for clarity, consistency, grammar, punctuation, and formatting.
- Complete other tasks and assignments per instructions from the reporting superior.
Job Qualifications
- Preferably with 2 years’ experience in sales/sales admin management.
- Preferably with a Diploma or Degree in engineering/science or its equivalent.
- Passionate about environmental sustainability and renewable energy.
- Independent, self‑initiative, responsible, committed, with strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills and strong analytical mind, exemplary leadership, and passion for success.
- Conduct market survey and update latest information to the company.
- Required skills: Microsoft Office.
- Possess pleasant personality, good interpersonal, communications, and self‑starter qualities.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel if needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to review and edit technical content.
- Work in a fast‑paced environment with strong management, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize.
- Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
