Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Preparing and delivering client presentations, showcasing products or services and their benefits.
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Setting up meetings and delivering appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Working closely with the operation team to finalize agreement terms and close sales to achieve the Sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Planning and supporting clients' onboarding, collaborating closely with the Operations team.
- Ensuring clients receive requested products and services promptly.
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
- Responsible for account and relationship development and management at all levels of the customer organization.
- Manage and gain insights into clients’ performance and identify gaps or opportunities.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, and/or account management roles (marketing agency).
- Fast learner with a passion for sales.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and relationships simultaneously.
