CGW BUILDER (M) SDN BHD' is seeking a talented and dedicated Safety Coordinator/Supervisor to join our team in Sungai Buloh, Selangor. This full‑time position is a crucial role within our growing construction company, responsible for ensuring the health, safety and environmental compliance of our construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor safety policies, procedures and programs to promote a safe work environment
• Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards
• Provide safety training and support to site personnel to improve safety awareness and competencies
• Investigate incidents and accidents, determine root causes and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and clients on safety matters
• Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to safety performance
• Support the continuous improvement of our safety management system

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Safety Coordinator/Supervisor in the construction industry
• Degree or diploma in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations applicable to the construction sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all stakeholders
• Proficient in incident investigation, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive safety performance
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and committed to upholding the highest safety standards
