Roles and Responsibilities

• Function as an integrator between business and technology, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients’ business needs.
• Manage the implementation of RPA solutions, provide post‑implementation support, and ensure smooth operation and maintenance of automated processes.
• Develop and document RPA configuration best practices, configure new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
• Develop an understanding of existing processes and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
• Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
• Stay updated with the latest RPA trends, technologies, and best practices. Continuously seek ways to improve RPA solutions and service delivery.
