About the Role

Join our retail team at Seng Huat Electrical & Home Appliances. As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for assisting customers, promoting electrical and home appliance products, and supporting daily store operations. This role offers a great opportunity to grow your retail and sales career in a stable and well-established company.

Working Hours & Off Day

• Shift-based working hours:

  • Morning shift: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Afternoon shift: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM

• 6 working days per week

• 1 day off per week (rotational)

• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and overtime when required

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.

• Explain product features and benefits, and recommend suitable products based on customer needs and budget.

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Handle customer inquiries and follow up on orders professionally.

• Maintain proper product display, cleanliness, and tidiness of the shop.

• Support inventory control and stock replenishment activities.

• Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets.

• Participate in sales promotions and product training to continuously improve product knowledge.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
