Responsibilities

Maximize all opportunities to close sales and achieve individual sales targets.

Handle customer enquiries and requests from various platforms promptly and professionally.

Update and maintain customer records in the system.

Assist in resolving customer complaints tactfully and effectively.

Maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.

Prepare monthly reports and handle basic documentation when required.

Demonstrate strong product knowledge and professional selling skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ensure store cleanliness and conduct daily stock checks.

Perform any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Area Manager.

Requirements

Minimum SPM qualification; retail sales experience is an advantage.

Fresh graduates and school leavers are encouraged to apply (training provided).

Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Ability to speak local dialects is a plus.

Friendly, responsible, and self‑motivated.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Salary Package

• Basic Salary: RM3,000 + Commission + Incentives: Up to RM5,000/month
