Job summary

A leading wellness product company in Putrajaya is looking for dynamic sales team members to promote and market their massage chairs and fitness products. The ideal candidate has at least three years of retail sales experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and participating in promotional events. This position requires candidates to be Malaysian citizens and may involve weekend and holiday work.

Qualifications

Job description

Remuneration package: Basic salary + Sales Commission. Be our Sales Team and earn monthly up to RM5000++

Available Location: L1-6, Level 1, IOI City Mall, IOI Resort City, 62502 Putrajaya, Selangor.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market GINTELL massage chairs and fitness products to walk-in, online, and offline customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring every customer receives a professional, friendly, and engaging experience.
• Achieve and exceed showroom sales targets (weekly, monthly, and annually) through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits to customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including follow-ups on enquiries, leads, and after-sales service.
• Participate in roadshows, events, and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and capture new leads.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years of retail sales experience, preferably within a similar industry (health, wellness, fitness, or consumer electronics).
• Possess at least an SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Must demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or possess valid residency status.
• Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
