• Experience using Point of Sale (POS) systems for sales transactions and inventory management.
• Able to speak and write in both English and Malay fluently.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
• Knowledge of audio products such as Bareton, Black Spider, Hik Vision, Toa, JBL, RCF, EV, Alto is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Serve customers in a friendly manner and assist them in selecting suitable audio system products based on their needs.

Provide product demonstrations and clear technical explanations highlighting the features and benefits of various audio systems.

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company.

Handle sales transactions using the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately and efficiently.

Provide excellent customer service, including answering inquiries, solving issues, and offering after‑sales support.

Maintain strong product knowledge on the latest audio system products, including brands such as Bareton, Black Spider, Hik Vision, Toa, JBL, RCF, EV, and Alto.

Arrange and ensure product displays in the store are always neat, attractive, and organized.

Attend product training and development sessions to improve sales skills and technical knowledge.

Build and maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat sales and referrals.
