Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in clinical, community, wellness, or retail nutrition is preferred, fresh graduates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily store operational duties.
• Support outlet store manager towards meeting sales targets across product categories.
• Provide one-on-one nutrition consultations and dietary advice to customers.
• Conduct in-store nutrition talks and product demonstrations.
• Answer customer questions on food labels and dietary needs.
• Contribute to social media, blogs, or newsletters with nutrition insights.
• Train retail staff on nutrition basics and product knowledge.

Support outlet store manager towards meeting daily and monthly sales targets across all product categories

Responsible for growth of functional food categories

Provide one-on-one nutrition consultations and basic dietary advice to customers

Conduct in-store nutrition talks, workshops, and product demonstrations

Answer customer questions on food labels, ingredients, allergens, and dietary needs

Offer practical meal planning and healthy lifestyle guidance

Marketing & Wellness Programs

Contribute to social media, blogs, or newsletters with nutrition insights

Support health screenings, wellness program and community outreach programs

Training & Internal Support

Train retail staff on nutrition basics, product knowledge, and customer communication

Act as a subject matter expert for nutrition-related queries within the organization

Compliance & Professional Standards

Ensure advice provided follows evidence-based guidelines and professional ethics

Stay updated on nutrition research, food trends, and regulatory requirements
