Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in recruiting store staff and nurture their growth through training, mentorship, and performance evaluation.
  • Support the Store Manager in managing work schedules and other administrative tasks for front-line staff.
  • Manage vendor contracts, conduct evaluations, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Monitor inventory to ensure quality, including tracking product expiration dates and addressing damages.
  • Implement and oversee anti-theft measures, ensure store cleanliness, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Analyze product sales (SKU), plan inventory needs, and identify growth opportunities to drive store performance.
  • Play a vital role in the setup and opening of new stores, ensuring operations are ready for a successful launch.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum SPM, having Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field will be an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in retail, ideally in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to work across locations and flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays).
