Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure smooth daily branch operations, including cleanliness, product display, and staff coordination.
• Lead, schedule, and supervise staff across all departments to ensure efficient manpower allocation without unnecessary costs or overtime.
• Provide staff training, coaching, and disciplinary action when necessary.
• Monitor stock levels, ensure accurate receiving and proper display, and minimize wastage and spoilage.
• Track daily sales performance and support the team in achieving sales targets.
• Submit daily sales and operational reports to management.
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene standards, safety regulations, and company SOPs.
• Serve as the communication bridge between the branch and head office.
• Travel between branches as required to support operations.
• Undertake any additional tasks and duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of inventory control, sales reporting, and merchandising.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving ability.
• Able to work 6 days/week, shift‑based, including weekends and public holidays.
• Own transportation required for traveling between branches.
