Job summary

A coastal resort in Kuala Besut is seeking a service-oriented individual to manage customer transactions and provide excellent guest services. You will be responsible for handling cash and credit transactions, answering queries, and ensuring a clean and organized environment. Ideal candidates should have 1-2 years of experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English are required.

Job Description

• Handle cash, credit, charge to room (CTR) transaction with customers and process sales transaction.
• Make change accurately and efficiently.
• Answer customer question as they arise and handle customer complain.
• Help with other tasks as needed including managing shelves, tracking inventory, and keeping the store clean.
• Send closing report to account department and drop cash sales at safety box.
• Provide excellent and warmth service to all guests with a genuine smile.

Requirements

1. 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience will be added advantage. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
2. Ability to work under pressure.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
