Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service
• Take customer orders accurately and assist with menu enquiries
• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards
• Assist with cashiering, opening, and closing duties when required
• Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean and well maintained
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and service SOPs at all times
• Coordinate with kitchen and service team for smooth operations
• Handle basic customer enquiries and escalate issues when necessary
