About the Role

Responsible for serving food and beverages in restaurant efficiently and in a most courteous manner. Carry out all duties in accordance with tasks and descriptions with reference to established rules and policies.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and acknowledging every guest and addressing their requests or complaints.
• Be well-versed with the menu, including food and beverage items, preparation methods, and accompaniments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, service pantry, and restaurant areas.
• Follow the correct sequence of service and set up tables according to restaurant standards.
• Handle tableware, glassware, and cutlery by cleaning, polishing, transporting, and removing them properly.
• Ensure spills are cleaned promptly and dining areas are kept safe and presentable.
• Maintain professional appearance, grooming, and adhere to the company dress code.
• Uphold the company’s brand image through professionalism, etiquette, and positive interaction with guests and colleagues.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 1 years in F&B service.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, table service standards, and customer service etiquette.
• Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Friendly, professional, and confident when interacting with guests.
• Works well under pressure and maintains cooperation with teams.
• Well-groomed and presentable at all times.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
