The Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service and efficiency
• Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver memorable guest experiences
• Maintain premium dining standards while fostering a lively and welcoming atmosphere
• Work closely with suppliers, chefs, and the management team to ensure quality and consistency
• Drive revenue growth through service excellence, cost control, and creative promotions
• Manage reservations, guest relations, and VIP experiences for both locals and tourists

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing high-end or fine dining restaurants
• Fluent in Mandarin (a must) – to serve our growing Mandarin-speaking clientele and to liaise effectively with suppliers and partners
• Strong leadership qualities: ability to inspire, discipline, and guide a team towards excellence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service
