Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure smooth, efficient service

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service excellence

Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure menu consistency and timely service

Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and control costs

Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and alcohol licensing regulations

Entertainment & Events Management

Plan, schedule, and manage live bands, DJs, and other entertainment activities

Coordinate technical requirements (sound, lighting, stage setup) with vendors and staff

Ensure entertainment aligns with brand positioning and target audience

Manage entertainment budgets, contracts, and performance schedules

Monitor guest engagement and feedback related to entertainment offerings

Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise F&B and service staff

Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations

Foster a positive, professional, and high-energy work environment

Ensure staff are trained in service standards, upselling, and guest engagement

Financial & Business Performance

Prepare and manage operational budgets for F&B and entertainment

Analyze sales reports, P&L statements, and cost ratios

Drive revenue growth through promotions, events, and optimized pricing strategies

Control labor costs through effective scheduling and productivity management

Guest Experience & Brand Standards

Ensure consistently high levels of guest satisfaction

Handle guest complaints and service recovery professionally and effectively

Maintain the restaurant’s ambience, cleanliness, and visual presentation

Represent the brand positively at all times

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5years of relevant experience in restaurant or F&B management
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including service standards, food safety, and hygiene
  • Experience in staff supervision, scheduling, and training
  • Able to manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
  • Familiar with sales reporting, budgeting, and basic financial management
