Qualifications

• Sound experience of aminimum3 - 5 years in an IT enterprise environment
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with Virtualized IT environments
• Skillset: Nutanix NCI
• Experience: Nutanix AOS/AHV and VMwareESXior other converged or hyper-converged platforms
• Hands-on execution of:
  • Deployment, installation, and configuration of Nutanix core products
  • SW/FW Upgrades and patching
  • DR planning, setting, restoration
  • V2V and P2V Migrations
• A relevant Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma is mandatory (I.E. Bachelor's or Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems is preferred).
• Industry certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, VCAP, VCIX, CCNA, CCIA and RHCE are preferred.

Responsibilities

Participate in service delivery and working with a customer's IT team (both onsite and remote) and be recognized as a leading member for Nutanix product implementation,operationand administration.

Clarify andcomprehendthe customer'sshort—and long-term ITobjectivesor OLA and align yourself with your day-to-day activities.

Leveraging extensive knowledge of Nutanix products and features toassistcustomers in planning strategic implementations and/or operations support for their Nutanix environment.

Be responsible fordelivering Nutanix Implementations and/or Virtual Infra operations support.

Leverage Nutanix IP by working collaboratively with architects/SMEs to blend Nutanix best practices to accelerate the adoption and expansion of their Nutanix environment.

Be proactive and actively assume, assess, andidentifypossible areasof improvement in the customer's IT environment.

Collaborates with the Nutanix Sales Team in identifying and communicating new opportunities and ongoing customer status and reporting.
