What you’ll be doing
  • Manage and coordinate the hotel’s reservations team to ensure efficient and high‑quality service
  • Analyse booking trends and market data to develop and implement effective revenue‑management strategies
  • Monitor and adjust room rates, package offerings, and inventory to maximise revenue and occupancy
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales and promotional initiatives
  • Maintain strong relationships with travel agents, online travel platforms, and other industry partners
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on the hotel’s reservations and revenue performance
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency
  • Provide leadership and training to the reservations team to ensure consistently high standards of customer service
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a reservations or revenue‑management role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
