Qualifications

  • Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, Dairy Technology, or a related field.
  • Up to 1–2 years of experience in food R&D or manufacturing.
  • Basic knowledge of food processing, ingredients, and formulation principles.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of new food products and improvement of existing formulations.
  • Conduct laboratory trials, pilot runs, and basic sensory evaluations.
  • Support ingredient research, raw material testing, and supplier evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate records of formulations, trials, and test results.
  • Assist in shelf-life studies, stability testing, and packaging trials.
  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
  • Support scale-up trials and production runs during product commercialization.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety protocols.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor products for benchmarking.
