Think Academy U.S. is looking for a Remote Learning Consultant for our Elementary and Middle School courses. Learning Consultants provide expert guidance and personalized support to parents, ensuring that students’ needs are effectively met throughout their learning journey at Think Academy. In this role, you will be responsible for managing leads from our official website—contacting families immediately after a placement test request is submitted—conducting follow‑up calls, and analyzing students’ test reports to recommend the most suitable courses. You will also maintain ongoing communication with parents to ensure a smooth transition from trial to enrollment. This position requires strong communication skills, quick problem‑solving, and a thoughtful, service‑oriented mindset.
