Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily test operations, including equipment setup, maintenance, and facility upgrades.
• Collaborate with designers to conduct tests and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Manage test room operations, including manpower allocation and customer testing requests.
• Continuously improve test methods and system management for enhanced efficiency.
• Interpret test results and generate reports based on customer requirements.
• Analyze and finalize test outcomes for approval while ensuring data accuracy.
• Supervise validation work performed by technicians.
• Troubleshoot abnormalities and failures in test units.
• Conduct inspections and verifications for incoming equipment, purchased items, and services.
• Participate in Proficiency Tests (PT) and Inter-Laboratory Comparison (ILC) programs.
• Calculate Measurement Uncertainty (MU) and incorporate results into test reports.
• Ensure all testing adheres to ISO 17025, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Material Engineering (CGPA 3.0 / Second Upper and above).
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical functionality, particularly in structural integrity or acoustics.
• Fundamental Expertise: Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and thermodynamics/sound concepts.
• Analytical & Leadership Skills: Independent, detail-oriented, and capable of strategic planning.
• Bonus Skills: IT/Big Data knowledge is a plus!
