Job Description
Customer Servicing
- Act as a point of contact for customers to handle queries, service requests, and follow‑ups in a timely and professional manner.
- Support Relationship Managers in managing customer appointments, confirmations, and post‑meeting follow‑ups.
- Handle customers’ operational matters—including statement requests, fund transfers, changes to account details, and product servicing—while ensuring a high level of service quality.

- Maintain strong customer relationships by providing consistent, attentive, and reliable service.
Operational & Compliance Support
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales and service transactions according to bank policies.
- Adhere to all regulatory, compliance, and internal control requirements in daily tasks.
- Monitor and track documentation completeness, outstanding items, and regulatory deadlines.
- Assist in audits, risk reviews, and periodic checks by providing required information or documents.
Sales Coordination & Reporting
- Compile sales reports, performance statistics, and pipeline summaries for management review.
- Maintain research lists, sales dashboards, and customer segmentation data to support sales planning.
- Coordinate internal and external events such as product briefings, wealth advisory sessions, and customer outreach campaigns.
- Support execution of marketing activities, tele‑campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
Consumer Banking Support
- Support activities across consumer banking products including cross selling and referral of deposits, investments, bancassurance, loans, mortgages, and wealth management solutions.
- Assist customers and sales teams in identifying suitable products based on customer needs, ensuring proper product disclosure and understanding.
- Collaborate with other business units (operations, compliance, credit, call centre) to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Sales & Administrative Support
- Provide end‑to‑end administrative support to one or more Relationship Managers or Client Advisors in daily sales activities.
- Process, verify, and confirm customer transactions such as account openings, investment subscriptions, loan documentation, and service requests with high accuracy.
- Maintain and update customer records, portfolios, and transaction histories in the bank’s systems.
- Prepare sales materials, proposals, product illustrations, and other documentation required for client meetings.
- Assist in gathering KYC documents and ensuring customer information complies with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Track sales pipelines, follow up on outstanding documentation, and assist in meeting sales timelines and targets.
