About the Role

We are seeking a talented and driven Regional Sales Manager, Dental X‑Ray to join our team at SKYDENTAL MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. in Johor. This is a full‑time position with the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our dental equipment business across the region.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Sales Leadership: lead and develop territory managers and specialists, set clear goals and foster their development.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with company objectives, focusing on growth in hospitals, group practices and educational institutions.
• Market Analysis: analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer needs (dentists, radiologists) to identify opportunities for dental imaging products.
• Key Account & KOL Management: cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, major dental groups and distributors.
• Forecasting & Reporting: manage regional forecasting, sales pipeline and budget, ensuring accurate reporting to senior management.
• Product Expertise: maintain in‑depth technical knowledge of dental X‑ray technology, software and competitive offerings.
• Customer Engagement: facilitate high‑level customer meetings and participate in regional dental conventions and trade shows.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years’ working experience required.
• Proven track record in medical device or capital equipment sales, ideally in dental/imaging (must).
• Strong leadership, coaching and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and data analysis abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
