Qualifications

• Admitted as a legal practitioner in Malaysia.
• At least 5 years post qualification experience in-house and private practice.
• Experience in corporate commercial/contract works, risk and dispute management.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support and advice to various functions in Southeast Asia.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Assist in managing company secretarial matters.
